| James A. Reilly - Interim Executive Director |
The Interim Executive Director of Actors Theatre of Indiana is Jim Reilly. Jim is originally from Chester, Pennsylvania and received a BS degree in Accounting from Mount Saint Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, Maryland. Jim spent over 22 years in various financial rolls with two of the country’s largest shopping center development companies, The Rouse Company in Columbia, Maryland, and Simon Property Group here in Indianapolis. Jim also served as the Executive Director of the not-for-profit Indianapolis City Market Corporation for 10 years before starting his own consulting company. The Reilly Group provides interim and transitional executive management services for small to medium-sized organizations, focusing primarily on addressing the financial, administrative and organizational problems inherent in small companies, especially not-for-profit organizations. Jim and his wife, PJ, moved to Carmel in 1977. They have three grown married children and nine grand children. |

| Cynthia Collins - Associate Artistic Director |
Cynthia Collins received her BFA in Theatre from Ohio University. She is a proud member of Actors Equity Association. Her Off-Broadway credits include: Fifty Million Frenchmen, Face The Music, Jubilee, That's The Ticket with Tony Award winner George S. Irving (Musicals Tonight Series); Valentino,The Musical at the Judith Anderson Theatre; Lone Star Cafe at The Puerto Rican Traveling Theatre and Gigi at Equity Library Theatre directed by Gerard Alessandrini, creator of the famed Forbidden Broadway. Cindy has toured Nationally in Singin' In The Rain and internationally in My Fair Lady as well as multiple Cruise Line appearances. Regionally she has been seen in the role of Anybodys in West Side Story (St. Louis MUNY, Theatrefest, The Strand); Agnes in On The Twentieth Century (Goodspeed Opera House);Millie in Good News, Flossie in On The Town, and Perkins in Annie, (North Shore Music Theatre); Kristine in A Chorus Line and Edith in The Pirates Of Penzance (Burt Reynolds/Jupiter Theatre); Miss Hannigan in ANNIE (Beef & Boards Dinner Theatre); Mrs. Hopkins in My Fair Lady (Westchester Broadway Theatre); Hymen in As You Like It (N.J. As a former member of SAG, her television/film credits include: Law & Order, Law & Order SVU, Ed, Sex And The City, OZ, Die Hard III, Sabrina, Maid in Manhatten, The Thomas Crown Affair… and numerous pilots throughout her career. She has had the pleasure of working with such artists as Ben Vereen, Sandy Duncan, Claude Aikins, Comden & Green, Cy Coleman, Avery Schrieber, Joel Grey, Cyndi Lauper, Fred Waring and his famous Pennsylvanians. In New York City she was the choreographer to director Thomas Mills at AMDA (American Music and Dramatic Academy), an intensive two-year program preparing young performers for the professional Theatre. As Co-Founder and Associate Artistic Director of Actors Theatre of Indiana, she has performed in and or choreographed My Way: A Musical Tribute to Frank Sinatra, Cole: The Words & Music of Cole Porter, The World Goes ‘Round, Sisters of Swing:The Story of the Andrews Sisters, The Taffetas, Perfect Wedding, Forbidden Broadway, Nunsense, A Grand Night for Singing. A native of Livingston, N.J. and long time resident of New York City, Cindy currently resides in Westfield, IN. She studied at the N.J. School of Ballet with Jay Norman (original Broadway cast and Motion Picture cast member of West Side Story). |

Don Farrell has been a member of Actors' Equity Association since 1992 and is a veteran of the concert and theatrical stage and has worked steadily in practically every capacity of the business. He has spent over 23 years working as a professional singer, dancer, actor, director, choreographer, and producer with a career that includes Off-Broadway, International Tour, National Tour, Las Vegas, Regional and Educational productions.As an actor, Don’s credits include: Off Broadway: Last of the Red Hot Mamas, Irene, Trouble In Tahiti, Dodsworth, Rosemary Clooney, A Musical Tribute; Regional: Over 70 different regional productions including: Forever Plaid, A Year with Frog & Toad, Good News!, A Christmas Carol, Once Upon A Mattress, Sweeney Todd, Perfect Wedding, Side, By Side, By Sondheim, Romance / Romance, A Grand Night For Singing, Plaza Suite, The Wonder Years, 3 Guys Naked From The Waist Down, Sophie: The Last of the Red Hot Mamas, COLE, I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change!, Sally Blane: The World's Greatest Girl Detective, and many others. As an accomplished Director and Choreographer and has over 30 different directing / choreography production credits including: International Tour: The Taffetas; National Tour: Forever Plaid; Off-Broadway: Rosemary Clooney: A Musical Tribute; Regional: A Grand Night For Singing, A Taffetas Christmas, the Southeastern and Indiana premieres of Beyond The Rainbow: The Frances Gumm Story, COLE, Forever Plaid, I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change!, My Fair Lady (assistant director), the Georgia and Central Indiana premieres of My Way: A Musical Tribute to Frank Sinatra, the Georgia and Indiana premieres of Sisters of Swing: The Story of the Andrews Sisters, And The World Goes ‘Round: The Music of Kander & Ebb, and Tintypes. His directing credits include such theatres as: The Frederick Loewe Theatre, 14th Street Y, CAP 21 (Off-Broadway); Springer Opera House, producer (National Tour & International Tour); Pennsylvania Centre Stage, Florida Studio Theatre, Georgia Ensemble Theatre, Hampton Playhouse, Cortland Repertory Theatre, for award winning director Worth Gardner at the Birmingham Theatre, Ordway Theatre, Westchester Broadway Theatre and the Player's Theatre of Columbus. On the concert stage, Don's career began back in 1988 when he was asked to sing John William's “America, the Dream Goes On” at the Democratic National Convention in Atlanta. Since then, he has worked with the late Maestro Erich Kunzel, Keith Lockhart, Jack Everly, Alfred Savia, Crafton Beck, Adrian Gnam, John Morris Russell, and Robert Moody. His active career as a featured guest soloist includes concerts with the Cincinnati Pops Orchestra, Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, Phoenix Symphony Orchestra, Evansville Philharmonic Orchestra, Savannah Symphony Orchestra, Winston-Salem Symphony Orchestra, Disney's Premiere Symphony Orchestra, Macon Symphony Orchestra, and the Duluth-Superior Symphony Orchestra. He received his Bachelor’s of Fine Arts degree, graduating with honors from the internationally acclaimed University of Cincinnati, College-Conservatory of Music. He has served as a member of the drama faculty for New York City’s premier musical theatre training conservatory Collaborative Arts Project 21 and teaches drama workshops and master classes for theatre companies and universities. Don is a Founder of Actors Theatre of Indiana and currently serves as its’ Producing Artistic Director. He is co-host of the Indianapolis Visitors Channel, and sits on the Board of the League of Indianapolis’ Professionally Managed Theatres. |

Judy Fitzgerald was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, started performing at the age of 5 and hasn't stopped since. Her passion for theatre accelerated when she attended North Central High School where she was a member of the repertory theatre company and performed lead roles in many school productions. Her drive led her to attend Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois where she received a BFA in Musical Theatre. After graduating, she moved briefly to Chicago and then off to New York City. As an actress Judy has been seen on such famous stages as Radio City Music Hall with Glen Close; Madison Square Garden with Liza Minnelli (conducted by Marvin Hamlisch); and all across the nation touring with legends Debbie Reynolds, Shirley Jones, Omar Sharif and Douglas Fairbanks, Jr.. Her experience has led to her performing with other famed artists such as Bob Newhart, Kathy Lee Gifford, Regis Philbin, Hal Holbrook, Betty Buckley and Paula Abdul. Her performing credits include numerous Off-Broadway productions: Swingtime Canteen with Maxine Andrews and Tony Award winner Charles Busch at the Blue Angel; Placido Domingo's operetta VLAD at the Lamb's Theatre; Dodsworth with John Cullum, George Lee Andrews and Dee Hoty at the York Theatre and the John Houseman Theatre; Irene at the Sylvia & Danny Kaye Playhouse; and Face The Music and That's The Ticket! with Tony Award winner George S. Irving at the 14th Street Y. She also collaborated on and performed in Rosemary Clooney: A Musical Tribute! produced by the Musicals Tonight! Series. Throughout her career she has had the pleasure of performing in many regional theatres across the country including such roles as The Narrator in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Kaye in The Taffetas as well as A Taffeta Christmas, Emma Goldman in Tintypes, Lizzie in Baby, The Mistress in Evita, Cole, A Grand Night For Singing, Side, By Side, By Sondheim, Plaza Suite, Oklahoma… award winning director Worth Gardner's ground breaking production of The Wizard of Oz at The Ordway Theatre in St. Paul, MN. In 2003 she was asked to perform the role of Kaye in The Taffetas once again to help kick off Pennsylvania Center Stage's inaugural season and the opening of the new Downtown Theatre in State College, PA. With ATI , she has directed A Year With Frog and Toad , Perfect Wedding, Nunsense and CHICAGO, ATI's debut production at The Center for The Perfoming Art and has been seen in MY WAY, Sisters of Swing, And The World Goes ‘Round, The Taffetas , A Grand Night for Singing, Stardust Memories, Broadway Brass, COLE and Forbidden Broadway. Other Directing/ Writing credits include: The Magic Show and Magic Oasis at the Indianapolis Children’s Museum and Home Run for Health for the Indianapolis Indians Organization. She helped write the recently Emmy nominated new theme song for the award winning WFYI/PBS show Across Indiana. She has been Concert Soloist with Maestro Robert Moody and the Phoenix Symphony Orchestra; and one of her most cherished honors, assisting the legendary Adolph Green of the renown writing team Comden & Green (On The Town!, Singing In The Rain, Bells Are Ringing, Wonderful Town.), until his passing in October, 2002. Judy is one of the three founders of Actors Theatre of Indiana and serves as Artistic Director. A proud member of Actors Equity Association since 1993. |

| David Arland – Trustee |
For more than 20 years, Dave Arland has helped consumers, listeners, and voters to understand complex issues and complicated technologies. With a background in broadcast journalism and a degree from the acclaimed media arts program of Butler University in 1985, Dave was an award-winning journalist for four years at WIBC and WIRE Radio in Indianapolis. Tapped in 1988 to serve as Executive Assistant to Indianapolis Mayor Bill Hudnut, Dave coordinated press relations for the popular four-term Mayor. He responded to crises, managed overall City responsibilities to public safety and political issues, andhe even pulled together a tree planting for President George H. W. Bush in downtown Indianapolis forArbor Day in 1990. Joining Thomson's RCA electronics business in 1991, Dave spent 16 years moving through various positions at Thomson - from Community Affairs to his last position as Vice President of Marketing & Government Affairs for the RCA consumer electronics business. Involved with the launchof landmark technologies such as digital satellite television, the V-Chip parental control in TV, mp3 music players, and high-definition TV, Dave is a frequent visitor to the halls of Congress and the FCCin Washington, D.C. While at Thomson, he testified twice before the House Subcommittee on Telecommunications and the Internet and served as Thomson's chief representative to the Washington-based Consumer Electronics Association. Dave has served on the Board of Trustees at Butler University, and as President of the university's Alumni Association. A new chapter starts in 2008 with the formation of Arland Communications, Inc., a communications consultancy specializing in helping companies and individuals reach their target audiences with clarity and ease. He currently isthe founder andpresident of Arland Communications (www.arlandcom.com). Dave and his wife Karen are musicians at Holy Spirit Catholic Church at Geist, where they sing and accompany many different masses. Both are fans of Broadway music and have enjoyed supporting Actors Theatre of Indiana’s many productions. |

Karen Arland is an Attorney at Ice Miller, and graduated from the Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington and from Butler University. Previously, she served as Corporation Counsel at the City of Indianapolis and advised Mayor Bill Hudnut on legislative matters before the City-County Council and the Indiana State Legislature. Karen and her husband David are also musicians at Holy Spirit Catholic Church at Geist, where they sing and accompany many different masses. They are both fans of Broadway music and have enjoyed supporting Actors Theatre of Indiana’s many productions. |

| James Briggs - Chair, Finance Committee |
James Briggs was raised in the Ft. Wayne, Indiana area. Jim is a graduate of DePauw University and the University of Michigan Law School. He hung out his shingle in Indianapolis at age 27. Since then----over a period of many years----he has had many valuable experiences as a lawyer and as an "on the firing line" entrepreneur. He has developed a deep interest in, and respect for, the positive potential of coupling business performance with applied ethics. His interests include his friends (two and four-legged), reading, and attending the superb performances of Actors Theatre of Indiana. |

| Dr. Louis F. Chenette, Ph.D - Chair, Governance Committee |
| Dr. Louis Chenette, Ph. D., is University Professor Emeritus of Butler University, with a distinguished career in music and administration. Dr. Chenette held positions at Butler as music professor, Dean of the Jordan College of Fine Arts, and Dean of Faculty. He was awarded the Butler Medal of Honor in 1986 for his distinguished contribution to the University. Dr. Chenette also is a composer, an ISB French Horn player, and a member of the ISB, Inc. Board of Directors. As a volunteer with ESC, Dr. Chenette is involved with the Management Assistance Program: Executive Mentoring, Board Development and Strategic Planning. He has also participated in ESC's Job Preparation Workshops, and has mentored at Arlington High School. Dr. Chenette has served on many boards of not-for-profits in Indianapolis, especially in music and arts areas. |

Catherine Duclos is a graduate of Indiana University School of Business and Indiana University School of Law, Bloomington. She is currently Deputy General Counsel for Thomson Inc. in Carmel, Indiana where she is responsible for all labor and employment law issues related to employees of Thomson and its subsidiaries across the country.

| Dr. Joseph F. Fitzgerald, MD., F.A.A.P, M.A.C.G., A.G.A.F. |
| Dr. Fitzgerald received his medical degree from Indiana University in 1965. After completing pediatric residency, he was an NIH-supported Fellow in Gastroenterology in the Department of Internal Medicine at Indiana University School of Medicine. He was appointed Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the Indiana University School of Medicine in 1969 and founded the Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology / Hepatology / Nutrition at the James Whitcomb Riley Hospital for Children. Dr. Fitzgerald rose through academic ranks and was made a Professor of Pediatrics in 1977. Dr. Fitzgerald has authored / co-authored a manual, 32 book chapters, and over 170 medical articles. He has received numerous awards, including MASTER ENDOSCOPIST from the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (2002), MASTER from the American College of Gastroenterology (2002), DISTINGUISHED CLINICIAN from the American Gastroenterological Association (2003), the first DISTINGUISHED SERVICE AWARD from the North American Society of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition (2004), and the MURRAY DAVIDSON AWARD from the American Academy of Pediatrics (2005). Dr. Fitzgerald and his wife, Nell, celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary in May of 2008. They have three daughters, three sons in-law, and four granddaughters. |

| Jim Graham is Executive Director, RHI Foundation at Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana. Jim has been with the RHIF since early 2002 and coordinates all RHIF development, fund raising and planned giving activities. He also serves on the Administrative Team for the hospital. Prior to joining the RHI Foundation, Jim was VP of Business Development for Walker Information in Indianapolis where he worked with the Customer Loyalty Measurement and Employee Commitment Survey product lines. He also worked for Walker’s not for profit services company, Walker Direct. Before joining Walker, Jim was Director of Development for the Colleges of Engineering, Nursing and Education and Assistant Director of Planned Giving at the University of Iowa Foundation. Jim has a B.A from Vanderbilt University and an M.A. from the University of Iowa. |

| Donna Jacobi |
Donna received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mathematics, at Indiana University Southeast. Her professional career has spanned as a Retirement Consultant for Mercer Human Resource Consulting, Senior Actuarial Analyst for Mercer-Meidinger-Hansen and Actuarial Analyst for Wm. M. Mercer-Meidinger. An avid costume designer and wardrobe coordinator for various community theatres in the Indianapolis area, Donna received the 2010 Encore Award for Best Costume Design in a Musical. As a volunteer, Donna has served as Treasurer for the Jackson Symphony League, Co-Chair for the University of Jackson Holiday Mart Committee, Editor for the Towne Meadow Elementary Newsletter and has maintained financial records for various not-for-profits. Among her many talents, she is an advanced tennis player. Donna resides in Carmel, IN with her husband Todd and their son, Sam. |

| Natalie Manges - Vice President |
Natalie comes to us with a passion for theatre and performing arts. Her love of theatre began while performing in middle school and high school in her hometown of Ft. Wayne, Indiana. She pursued her passion for nursing and graduated from Parkview School of Nursing and Ball State University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Natalie spent most of her nursing career at St. Vincent Hospital in the Coronary Intensive Care Unit and later retired to stay home with her two children. Natalie remains active in nursing as a volunteer parish nurse for St. Luke’s UMC where she serves as facilitator of the Health Commission. In addition to her church, she volunteers for St. Vincent Hospital, Booth Tarkington Civic Theatre, School on Wheels, and Creekside Middle School. While her kids attended, she participated in the middle school theatre with props and scene detail. She and her husband, Rob, reside in Carmel, IN and are the proud parents of Zach and Veronica. The whole family has a love for live theatrical performances and appreciates the creative talents used in various venues. Through the years, they have enjoyed supporting many ATI performances. |

| Kevin Mendell - President |
An entrepreneur and high-level business development executive with over 20 years of accomplished marketing and sales expertise, Kevin is the CEO and creator of Oogles n Googles Franchising, a themed birthday party company for kids ages 3 – 10. He and his wife, Danya successfully took an idea and built the concept from the ground up, becoming one the fastest 55 growing franchises in the country as published in the Franchise Times magazine in March, 2009. They now have over 30 franchises throughout the U.S. and have recently awarded the first franchise in Delhi, India and China. A Graduate of Indiana University (Bloomington, IN) – Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in Business and International Business. Kevin resides in Carmel, IN with his wife Danya and their three sons and is an active member of the Carmel Rotary and the Carmel Community. |

| Tom Roberts |
Tom Roberts was born in New Jersey. He has a BA in Political Science from Rutgers University. He joined the United States Air Force for two years and then went to the University of Chicago where he received a MA in English Literature with additional graduate work. He then went to teach at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee and Northwestern University. His studies took him abroad with the Institute for European Studies. He joined Beaver College as Associate Director at the Center for Education Abroad (1979-1988). Since then he was the Director of the Institute for Study Abroad at Butler University for 16 years. Each program, when Mr. Roberts left was the largest study abroad program in the country. He has honorary degrees from the University of East Anglia (Honoris Causa) and is involved in many national and international associations for studies abroad and has received many various awards for his work. Mr. Roberts has always been interested in theatre with a special interest in the work of Moliere and adaptations of his plays to the British stage. He is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Institute for Study Abroad, the Study Abroad Foundation, and the Ensemble Music Society. |

| Jerome Schnur |
Jerome Schnur was born in Glencoe, IL and grew up on North Shore. He is a graduate of New Trier High School and received a BA from Carleton College in 1947 in Economics. After which Mr. Schnur joined the United States Air Force for a two-year term and then went to work in Chicago for the next 12 years in commercial finance business during which he financed a good deal of construction equipment. Having enjoyed that aspect, he entered sales of construction equipment which led to sales of truck construction related products which evolved to starting his own business in 1980. His son took over the business in 1996. He has five children with four living. His interest in theatre began back in 1954 having joined a Winnetka, IL play reading group and has been a self-proclaimed “ham at heart” ever since. He has a love of musicals and had the good fortune to play the role of Nathan Detroit in Guys and Dolls in 1970 as well as Sister Sarah’s grandfather in 2002. He has a long love for the theatre and for music and would like to contribute to the success of Actors Theatre of Indiana and its goals. |

| David Swider is a partner at Bose McKinney & Evans LLP, representing management in labor and employment law matters, including labor and employment law litigation, employment discrimination, NLRB practice and procedure, grievance resolution and arbitration, affirmative action, collective bargaining, wage and hour, and unemployment compensation. He chairs the Firm’s Labor and Employment Law Group and has been repeatedly recognized and included in The Best Lawyers in America and Indiana Super Lawyers. He is a frequent speaker and has written numerous articles on a variety of labor and employment law topics. Mr. Swider is admitted and qualified to practice before the United States Supreme Court; the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh and D.C. Circuits; the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana; and all courts of the State of Indiana. Mr. Swider is a graduate of Indiana University (J.D., magna cum laude, 1978) and Indiana University (B.S. in accounting and finance, magna cum laude, 1975), the Articles editor for Indiana Law Review and the President of the Moot Court Society. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Labor and Employment Law Section; Indiana State Bar Association, Labor and Employment Law Section; Indianapolis Bar Association, Labor and Employment Law Section; Human Resources Committee of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce (Chairman 2007); Indiana University School of Law Practitioner Advisory Committee; special advisor to the Indiana Manufacturers Association; Personnel Committee of the Indiana Bankers Association. |
